Project Documentation - Enhanced Reporting on 'Closing the Gap' Targets project

The following documentation hase been prepare to support effective project governance required by the Project Steering Committee responsible for the 'Enhanced Reporting on 'Closing the Gap' Project.

The project documentation and associated governance has been done in accordance with the SA NT Data Link Project Reporting Framework.

Project Plan and Budget

The inaugural Project Steering Committee was held in Darwin on 21st September 2011, and approved the Project Plan and draft Schedule. The Terms of Reference were developed out of session and confirmed at the next meeting on 2nd November 2011. Following confirmation of the expected work required to deliver Stage 1 of the project, the Project Budget and Schedule were approved by the Project Steering Committee on the 2nd November 2011.
